Fast revisions in ComfyUI

When an AI image is almost right, I regenerate only the part that is wrong. Everything else stays untouched.

Detail check

Fixed by hand, with local AI.

Hands, feet and fingers are where AI images break. I find them at 100% zoom and regenerate only those areas with local open-source models in ComfyUI.

Bedroom with a navy throw.
BeforeAfter

Navy throw to red. The room stays the same.

Fix what the AI got wrong.

Deformed feet fixed with a mask; nothing else changed.

Review

Check the fix at 100% and compare the untouched areas.

The revision, in detail.

Problem

Malformed hands and feet spoiled otherwise good images. A throw color change would normally mean rendering the whole room again.

What I built

A mask-based revision workflow with local open-source models in ComfyUI. I test denoise strengths and seeds only inside the selected area.

How it runs

An AI agent (Claude) connected to ComfyUI through MCP runs each fix while I direct or review the next image.

Result

The hands and feet are corrected, and the navy throw becomes red. The surrounding image stays untouched.

Folds, light and shadows are preserved.
